Pinnacle International continues their development along West and East 1st Avenue in the Olympic Village with Pinnacle on the Park.
The upcoming condo project is located at 26 East 1st Avenue, at the corner of East 1st and Ontario Street in the former Olympic Village. The site is kitty corner to the upcoming The Creek by Concert development and a proposed park, hence the name.
The proposed park will stretch from the seawall south to East 1st Avenue, along Ontario Street.
Pinnacle on the Park will have 137Â units over 18 stories, with five levels of underground parking. The building was designed by Bingham Hill Architects.
Judging from the limited information on the presale registration site, one bedrooms will likely start at under $500,000. More details will be added as they become available.
