PortLiving is continuing their series of residential developments in Mount Pleasant with a new project called Midtown Central at East Broadway and Fraser.
The four-storey, mixed-use building will feature two retail units on the ground floor, and 35 residential condominiums above. The building has a monochromatic, white façade and design details like aluminum panels alongside large corner windows.
Interiors feature wide-plank hardwood flooring, roller blinds and kitchens with Blomberg and AEG appliances. Floor plans range from studios to two bedroom units, as well penthouse units and two townhomes on Fraser Street. Eight of the nine penthouse units have rooftop decks.
Amenities include an indoor and outdoor communal amenity space with large patio. The lobby entrance is located off Fraser Street.
