A six-storey rental apartment building with 40 units is proposed for 3070 Kingsway near Rupert Street.
The building will have a 3,000 sq ft. retail unit on the ground floor, and three-storey, three bedroom townhouses on the laneway.
One bedroom units will range between 500-600 sq ft., and two bedroom units will be around 830 sq ft. The three bedroom townhouses will be approximately 1,000 sq ft.
A small courtyard with patio and children’s play area is planned for the ground floor. There will be 24 underground parking spaces over one level, accessed from the lane by a single-lane ramp with signal light.
The architect is GBL Architects, and the developer is Conwest Venture Limited.
