Construction at Second + Main is well underway, with completion on track for early 2021.
The 12-storey building, designed by Francl Architecture, will include 233 market condo units and 30 non-market rental units targeted at artists in the Mount Pleasant community.
Urban One Builders is constructing the building, located at the corner of Main Street and East 2nd Avenue.

The development features a landscaped public plaza and extensive, terraced green roofs. The project is targeting LEED Gold.
