Denna Homes has applied to the District of North Vancouver to construct the third and final phase of Seylynn Village — a high rise community adjacent to Highway #1 and Mountain Highway.
The third tower, Apex, will be the tallest at 32 storeys. It will contain 274 condominium units, and approximately 8,000 square feet of commercial space fronting Mountain Highway. The architect of the project is DA Architects and Planners.
The two completed towers, Beacon and Compass, are 24 and 28 storeys respectively. The development also includes a six-storey, concrete affordable rental apartment building called Horizon. Rental rates at Horizon range from $1,280/month for a one-bedroom studio to $2,573/month for a three-bedroom unit.
