Buyer sought for $28 million Surrey mansion

A 12,480 sq ft. home in Surrey, B.C. is on the market for $28 million.

The home is located at 2165 123 Street in the Ocean Park neighbourhood, and is set on 2.5 acres with 314 feet of waterfront.

It has five bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, and features “design elements reserved for the most elite of homebuyers.”

“Plush and amenity-filled, it caters to the most palatial lifestyle imaginable,” states the listing from Paul Quinn of RE/MAX Colonial Pacific Realty.

This is the second time the home has been listed in the past two years, although it has seen a $888,000 price drop. It was previously listed in 2015 for $28,888,000 by Homelife Realty of White Rock.

The home was built in 1993 and extensively renovated in 2013.

The grounds of the home feature mature trees, sloping lawns, swimming pool, hot tub, children’s playground and large workshop.

Annual property taxes are $37,845.81. According to BC Assessment, the property is assessed at $10,983,000 (2016).
