Construction of The Smithe, a 27-storey mixed-use development at the corner of Cambie and Smithe, has reached grade. The development will contain 30,000 sq ft. of retail and office space in the podium, with 93 residential units.
Vancouver’s Urban Design Panel will meet next week to discuss Pinnacle’s proposal for a 54-storey tower at 601 Beach Crescent, next to the Granville Street bridge and adjacent to Vancouver House.
