Construction is continuing on The Pacific by Grosvenor in downtown Vancouver, with the marble-clad, luxury condo tower close to topping out.
The 39-storey tower, designed by ACDF Architecture and IBI Group, began presales in 2017. It includes 214 market condominiums, including townhomes.

The development also includes the restoration and relocation of a 1888-built heritage house formerly home to the Il Giardino restaurant. A seven-storey arts and culture centre will also be built on the northwest corner of the site at Pacific and Howe.
