A development application has been filed for a three-storey, seven-unit townhouse building in Mount Pleasant, directly north of The Saint George development.
The townhouse building is also being developed by Reliance Properties, developers of The Saint George, a five-storey building with 91 condominiums at St. George Street and East Broadway, now selling.
The townhouses are designed by local architecture firm Integra Architecture Inc., and will include enclosed, individual parking garages accessed from the laneway.
