The Smithe by Boffo nearly complete

Boffo’s mixed-use tower at Cambie and Smithe in downtown Vancouver is nearing completion, and should be ready for occupancy later this year.

The 27-storey tower, known as The Smithe, includes ground floor retail with 30,000 sq ft. of office space above. The residential component of the tower is made up of two to three-bedroom luxury condominiums.

The tower, like many recent developments in downtown Vancouver, utilizes dark glass on the façade, making for a striking contrast with the lighter components of tower.

The architects are GBL Architects and the development is Boffo’s first tower in downtown Vancouver.
