Condos for luxury supercars coming to Vancouver suburb

Are you tired of squeezing your luxury supercar into a standard condo parking space? Or getting the stink eye from your neighbours while you wash and wax your ride in the parkade?

Help is on the way in the form of TROVE — the Lower Mainland’s first automotive storage condominiums. The development, which will complete in 2019, offers 45 units ranging from 1,000-2,500 sq ft., perfect for storing and showing off your supercar.

TROVE is located in Richmond, B.C. at 13571 Sparwood Place, near the junction of Westminster Highway and Knight Street, for easy access to Vancouver, the airport and the U.S. border.

Developer Hungerford Properties describes the development: “Bespoke interiors customized to your specific style, equipped with all the essentials you want. The TROVE lifestyle will redefine what it means to own a luxury vehicle in Vancouver.”

And if you doubt there’s a market for such a thing in Vancouver, think again: 64 per cent of the units have already been spoken for.

Security at TROVE will be important, with so many luxury supercars stored on site. Security measures will include:

  • remote key-fob allowing personal access to the car elevators and straight into your unit without leaving your car (elevator access for second storey owners only)
  • private gated security entrance with cameras
  • fire sprinkler system in all units and common areas
