A Richmond-based development company is looking to consolidate two lots in the Cambie Corridor and construct a four-storey residential building.

Ning Hua Development Corp Ltd. has applied to the city to rezone the site at 564-570 West 49th Avenue in Vancouver. The new building will include 31 market strata units over 31 underground parking spaces.

The unit mix will be as follows:

  • 13 one bedroom
  • 8 two bedroom
  • 4 three bedroom

There will be an outdoor space for residents on the rooftop, as well as an indoor amenity room measuring 750 sq ft. The amenity space will be furnished with lounge chairs and fire pits, as well as planters and trees.
