Popular Japanese fashion retailer Uniqlo has confirmed their second Lower Mainland location will open at Guildford Town Centre in Surrey.
Uniqlo recently opened a 20,000 sq ft. store at Metropolis at Metrotown, and many expected a downtown Vancouver store — possibly on Granville Street — would be the next location to be announced.
However, Uniqlo announced on their Facebook page Wednesday that the location at Guildford Town Centre would open in Spring 2018.
Guildford is owned by Ivanhoé Cambridge, the same owners as Metropolis at Metrotown.
