Victoria Drive rentals and retail proposed

A proposal for a three-storey rental building will add new retail spaces and rental apartments to Victoria Drive in Fraserview.

The building will replace an existing two-storey office building with a site frontage of 45 feet.

The developer says the two ground-floor retail spaces will be tenanted by a real estate marketing office and a coffee shop.

Above will be six rental apartments, including two studios, two one-bedroom and two two-bedroom units.

There will be four parking spots in the laneway at grade, all with EV charging capabilities. The architect is F. Adab Architects of North Vancouver.
