iFortune receives approval for West 41st & Alberta condo project

iFortune Homes has received approval from the city for a six-storey condo building at West 41st and Alberta Street near Oakridge, designed by GBL Architects.

The building will contain 54 market residential units (17 one-bedroom, 23 two-bedroom, 11 3-bedroom and three townhomes), over one-and-a-half levels of of underground parking with 62 stalls.

Penthouse units will have private rooftop patios with trellises, and units on the 3rd floor at the rear of the building will also have large rooftop patios.

A water feature is proposed for the corner of West 41st and Alberta at the lobby entrance.

iFortune Homes is also developing a mixed-use project across from Richmond City Hall that includes 77 residential units, 100,000 sq ft. of office space, and 12,000 sq ft. of retail, called Glitz Richmond.
