A four-storey condo building with a classical design is planned for a land assembly on West 49th Avenue near Cambie in Vancouver.
Fougere Architecture Inc. has designed the strata building with 35 units consisting of studios, one, two and three-bedroom units.
The façade is clad in stone tiles in a warm beige, with protruding frames around the balconies and corners clad in marble. The design of the building has changed considerably since it was first covered on urbanYVR in 2019. At the time, the design was more streamlined and contemporary.
